What we make

If it can be drawn, it can be printed, and we do the drawing

Most people come to us with a problem, not a file. A board that needs a case, a bracket that snapped, a part the manufacturer stopped making. We take it from there.

Electronics enclosures

Send us the board. We model a case around it: port cut-outs, standoffs, vents, snap-fit or screw-down lid, DIN-rail or wall mount.

Prototypes & concept models

Hold the idea before you tool for it. Iterate the form on Monday, hold version three on Friday.

Jigs, fixtures & tooling

Drill guides, alignment jigs, assembly nests and soft-jaw inserts, built to your bench and your part.

Replacement & obsolete parts

The knob, clip, bracket or gear nobody stocks any more, measured, modelled and reproduced in a tougher material.

Short-run production

Ten units or a thousand. Repeatable batches without the mould, the minimum order or the eight-week wait.

Packaging inserts & trays

Foam-replacement trays and shadow boards that hold product exactly where it should sit.

Signage, displays & branded pieces

Lettering, retail displays, awards and desk pieces in your colours and your finish.

Architectural & scale models

Massing models, site plans and sectional cutaways, printed to scale and finished to present.

Electronics

Working on electronics? You need an enclosure.

A bare board on a desk is a prototype. In a case, it is a product. Send us the board or its dimensions and we build the housing around it.

  • Exact port cut-outs. USB-C, barrel jack, RJ45, SMA, headers, display windows.
  • Board mounting. Printed standoffs, heat-set inserts or self-tapping bosses.
  • Thermals and access. Vent slots, fan mounts, cable glands, removable service panels.
  • Mounting your way. Wall plate, DIN rail, VESA, magnet pocket or bench feet.
  • Finished properly. Snap-fit or screwed lid, gasket channel, engraved labelling.

How it works

From a photo on your phone to a finished part in your hand

1Tell us the part

A sketch, a photo, a CAD file or the broken original. A rough idea is enough to start.

2We model & check it

We build or repair the 3D model and run a printability check: wall thickness, overhangs, tolerance, orientation.

3Pick the material

We recommend one for the job: heat, load, flex, outdoors or looks. You confirm colour and finish.

4We print the batch

Calibrated machines, 0.4 mm nozzle as standard, finer for detail parts. Every unit inspected as it comes off.

5Finished & shipped

Supports removed, seams cleaned, inserts and hardware fitted, assembled if it needs it, then boxed.

Materials

Which material your part should be made of

You do not have to know. Tell us where the part lives and what it has to survive, and we pick. This is the shortlist we choose from.

MaterialStrengthHeatFlexOutdoorDetailBest for
PLA31115Crisp detail, indoor display pieces, fast turnaround
PETG43243The default for functional parts, tough and forgiving
ABS44233Impact resistant, smoothable, enclosures that take a knock
ASA44253UV-stable, for anything that lives outdoors
TPU32532Rubber-like: gaskets, tyres, grips, bumpers
PA-CF55143Nylon carbon fibre. Stiff, dimensionally stable, load-bearing
Rated 1 to 5 1 = low, 5 = high. Numbers are printed in every cell, so the rating never depends on colour alone.
Capability

The numbers that decide whether we can make your part

256 × 256 × 256 mmSingle-piece build volume. Larger parts are split and bonded.
0.08 to 0.28 mmLayer height. Finer layers for detail, thicker for speed.
± 0.2 mmTypical dimensional tolerance on a printed feature.
