These terms apply to every order placed on Igul Store, on this website or in the Igul apps.
Shipping in India
- We deliver to addresses anywhere in India, and to the countries listed under International delivery below.
- In India, delivery is free on orders of Rs 1,999 or more (after discounts). Orders below Rs 1,999 pay a flat delivery charge of Rs 99.
- Orders in India are delivered within 7 days. When your order ships we email you the courier name and a tracking link.
International delivery
- We ship from Bengaluru to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Japan, South Africa, Switzerland, Germany, France, Ireland, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Portugal, Finland, Greece, Luxembourg, Puerto Rico, Ecuador, El Salvador and Panama.
- Outside India, prices are shown and charged in your own currency (US dollars, euros, pounds and so on) and are twice the India price, which covers international handling and replacement of anything that arrives broken.
- Delivery is a flat charge equal to US$45 in your currency, and free when the goods come to US$300 or more in your currency (after discounts). There is no minimum order.
- Pieces are made to order: we dispatch within 1 to 4 working days and the courier delivers in 6 to 12 working days, so allow 7 to 16 working days in total.
- We pay all import duties and customs charges. There is nothing more to pay when the parcel arrives.
Returns
We do not accept returns on Igul Store products, and we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
Damaged, faulty or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, or is not the item you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we will send a replacement at no cost to you. Send your order number and a photo of the item to shop@duedoor.com or on WhatsApp at +91 84390 31324. You do not need to send the item back unless we ask for it. If we cannot replace it, we refund the full amount paid for that item to your original payment method within 7 days.
Personalised items are covered in the same way when the mistake is ours. We cannot replace a personalised item that was made with the spelling or text you gave us.
Payments
Orders in India are charged in Indian rupees (UPI, cards and netbanking). Orders from abroad are charged in your own currency by card. All payments go through Razorpay.
