These terms apply to every order placed on the Igul Store. The store is run by DueDoor, a sole proprietorship registered in India, Kalyan Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560043 (the seller).
Products
- Every piece is made to order after you place your order. Photos show the design; colours and surface finish can vary slightly from piece to piece.
- Sizes and other details are listed on each product page.
Prices and payment
- In India, prices are in Indian rupees. Outside India, prices are shown and charged in your own currency, as set out in Shipping and returns.
- The price you pay is the price shown at checkout, including delivery. Outside India we pay all import duties and customs charges.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your full card details.
- Discount codes have the conditions shown with them, and only one code can be used per order.
Orders
- Your order is confirmed when payment succeeds and we email you a confirmation.
- If we cannot make or ship an item you ordered, we tell you and refund the amount paid for that item to the original payment method.
Delivery, returns and replacements
Delivery times, delivery charges, returns and replacements of damaged, faulty or wrong items are set out in Shipping and returns.
Personalised items
For personalised items we make the piece with the name, text or file you give us. Please check spelling before you order. Only send files you have the right to use.
