This policy covers Igul Store: the shop at duedoor.com/3d-printing-solution, the Igul Android app and the Igul iPhone app. Igul Store is run by DueDoor, India. If you have a question about your data, email shop@duedoor.com.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address, a password (stored only in hashed form), and your name if you give it. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name and email address from them, never your Google or Apple password.
- Order and delivery details: delivery name, address, phone number, the items you buy, prices, and order and delivery status.
- Payment reference: payments are handled by Razorpay. We receive the payment ID, amount and status. We never see or store your full card, UPI or bank details.
- Shopping activity: products you view, search for, add to your bag or save as favourites, and the hobbies you choose, so we can show relevant products and remind you about a saved bag.
- Reviews and messages: reviews and photos you post, and messages you send us by email, chat or WhatsApp.
- Device and usage data: pages and screens visited, approximate location (country and city, worked out from your IP address, used for currency and delivery options), device and browser type, and crash and error reports.
- Notifications: if you allow notifications in the app, a push token for your device and your notification choices.
How we use it
- To run your account, take payment, ship your order and keep you updated about it.
- To answer your questions and handle returns or problems.
- To show products that match your hobbies and favourites, and to send reminders and offers by email. Every marketing email has a link to change what we send, and you can reply "unsubscribe" to stop them. You can turn app notifications off at any time.
- To understand how the store is used and fix problems.
- To prevent fraud and meet tax and legal duties.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the store, and only what they need:
- Razorpay to process payments.
- Delivery partners (such as Delhivery) to ship your order: your name, delivery address and phone number.
- Email and messaging providers to send order emails, sign-in codes and WhatsApp messages you ask for.
- Google and Apple if you use their sign-in, and Firebase (Google) and Apple to deliver app notifications.
- Google Ads: the website loads a Google Ads tag to measure whether our ads lead to purchases. When you arrive from one of our ads, we keep the ad click ID and report a paid order back to Google Ads with its value. We do not send your name, email or address to Google Ads.
- Meta (iPhone app only): if you tap Allow on Apple's tracking prompt, app events such as purchases may be shared with Meta to measure our ads. If you do not allow tracking, nothing is shared with Meta.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
Our own analytics runs on DueDoor's servers and is not shared with other companies.
How long we keep it
We keep your account until you delete it. Order and invoice records are kept for as long as Indian tax law requires, even after an account is deleted, but with your name, street address, phone number and email removed. Analytics and error logs are kept for a limited time and then deleted.
Delete your account
You can delete your account and personal data yourself at any time on the Delete your account page, which also works inside the Igul apps, or by emailing shop@duedoor.com. That page explains exactly what is deleted and what is kept.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or object to marketing, by emailing shop@duedoor.com. You can change your name, phone number and addresses on your account page. Depending on where you live (for example under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act or the GDPR), you may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.
Security
Data is sent over encrypted HTTPS connections. Passwords are stored only as hashes. Access to customer data is limited to the people who run the store.
Cookies and local storage
The store uses your browser's local storage to keep you signed in and to remember your bag and preferences. The Google Ads tag described above sets cookies to measure our ads.
Children
Igul Store is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has given us personal data, email us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
