Delete your Igul account

You can delete your Igul Store account and the personal data linked to it at any time, on the website or in the Igul app. This page applies to accounts made on the Igul website, the Igul Android app and the Igul iPhone app.

Or ask us by email

Email shop@duedoor.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my Igul account". We may ask you to confirm the request from that address. We delete the account within 7 days and reply when it is done.

What is deleted

Your sign-in: email address, password, and any Google or Apple sign-in link. Every device is signed out straight away.
Your name, phone number and saved delivery addresses.
Your saved cart, favourites and hobby choices.
If you never placed an order, the whole account record is removed.

What is kept, and why

If you placed orders, the order records (items, prices, payment reference, and the delivery city and state) are kept because tax law requires us to keep invoices. Your name, street address, phone number and email are removed from them.
Reviews you published stay on the product pages, but show "Anonymous" instead of your name.

After deletion the email address is free to be used for a new account.
