Manufacturing software

Manufacturing software, built for your shop floor.

Sales orders, production plans, quality checks and dispatch in one system, so the office and the shop floor see the same order. DueDoor builds it to order on the DueDoor platform around your products and processes, not as an off-the-shelf product with a fixed feature list.

Custom build

Built around your shop floor, not bought off a shelf

A textile mill, a carton maker and a chemical plant plan, make and check in different ways. We build yours to order on the DueDoor platform, with your products, your routing and your quality tests.

Shaped to you

What we build to your design

  • Products, bills of materials and process routes
  • Machines, lines and shifts, with their capacity
  • Quality tests, limits and who approves a batch
  • Batch, lot, roll or serial numbers, as you track them
  • Dispatch paperwork in your formats
The DueDoor platform

What every build starts with

  • Sign-in for your staff, with roles that decide who sees and changes what
  • Hosting on cloud servers we set up and look after, with your data encrypted and backed up every night
  • WhatsApp messages from your own number through the official WhatsApp Business API, plus email
  • Payment links through Razorpay, so customers pay by UPI, card or net banking
  • Reports with CSV downloads, and an admin panel for your settings
  • Works in any browser, with iOS and Android apps in your company name if you need them

Not a boxed product. There is no fixed feature list and no plan tier to fit into. You tell us how your business runs, we build that, and we keep changing it as you grow.

What we can build in

What your manufacturing software can include

Pick the modules your factory needs. Orders, production, stock and dispatch share one record.

Sales orders

Enquiries, quotations and confirmed orders with delivery dates, so production knows what has been promised.

Production planning

Orders turned into a plan by line, machine and shift, with the materials each job needs.

Job cards

Job cards on the shop floor, on a phone or printed, with output, scrap and downtime recorded against each one.

Materials and stock

Raw material, work in progress and finished goods by location, with reorder levels and purchase requests.

Quality checks

Incoming, in-process and final checks with your tests and limits, and a hold on any batch that fails.

Dispatch

Packing lists, invoices and vehicle details for each dispatch, and a WhatsApp update to the customer.

Maintenance

Machine service schedules and breakdown logs, so downtime is planned rather than a surprise.

Reports

Orders due, output by line, rejections and stock value, with CSV downloads.

How it runs

One order, from enquiry to dispatch

The path an order takes in a typical build. We change the steps to match your process.

  1. 01

    Order

The sales order is confirmed with a delivery date.

  2. 02

    Plan

It is planned on a line and the materials are reserved.

  3. 03

    Make

Job cards record output and scrap, shift by shift.

  4. 04

    Check

QC runs your tests and approves or holds the batch.

  5. 05

    Pack

Finished goods are packed against the order.

  6. 06

    Dispatch

The invoice and packing list go out, and the customer is told.

How we build it

How we build it with you

One team designs, builds, hosts and runs it. You talk to the same people from the first call to the day you add your next plant.

  1. 01

    Walk through your day

We sit with your sales desk, planners and supervisors and map how work moves today, through the registers, spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups it lives in now.

  2. 02

    Agree the screens

You see the main screens as drawings before any code is written, and we change them until they match how you work.

  3. 03

    Build on the platform

We build your modules on the DueDoor platform, so sign-in, roles, hosting, backups, WhatsApp and payments are there from day one.

  4. 04

    Bring your data in

We move your current records in from Excel, CSV or the software you use today, and check the totals with you.

  5. 05

    Train and go live

Your team learns on its own data. If it is safer, we go live with one plant first and add the rest after.

  6. 06

    Run it with you

We host it, watch it and keep changing it as you grow: a new field, a new report, a new plant.

FAQ

Questions about custom manufacturing software

Is this an off-the-shelf ERP?

No. It is a custom build on the DueDoor platform. We build the order, production, quality and dispatch steps your factory uses, and connect them to the software you already run where it allows.

Can it plan production by machine and shift?

Yes. Orders become a plan by line, machine and shift, and the plan moves as job cards record what was actually made.

Do operators need computers on the floor?

No. Job cards can open on a phone or tablet, or print with a code that a supervisor scans to record output.

Can it track batches or lots?

Yes. We build the tracking you use, by batch, lot, roll or serial number, from raw material to dispatch.

Can it work with our accounting software?

Often, yes. We can export sales and purchase entries in a format your accountant imports, or connect through the accounting software's API where one exists.

Can staff attendance sit in the same system?

Yes. DueDoor HRMS runs on the same platform, with shift attendance from the attendance device, the app or the web, and payroll.

How long does a build take, and what does it cost?

It depends on the modules you pick, how many plants you run and the data we bring in. After a call we send a written scope and quote, so you know both before any work starts.
