DueDoor Pricing: How Plans Work
Three plans, one workspace for WhatsApp, AI calling, CRM and outreach. This page explains what each plan includes, what is billed separately, and what decides your quote, so the written price after your demo holds no surprises.
The principle DueDoor pricing is built on is simple: you should know every line of your bill before you sign, and you should never pay for a channel you do not use. That is why the WhatsApp API and AI automation plans below show their prices, and Pro, Business and Enterprise are quoted in writing after the demo. A plan covers the software and the team seats. Anything that depends on usage, such as Meta’s WhatsApp message charges or AI calling usage, is billed on top through a prepaid wallet you control.
Key point: the demo is free, the quote is in writing, and every payment is covered by a 15-day full refund window.
The path is short: a free 30-minute demo on your own leads and channels, a written quote after the demo, then a done-with-you setup where DueDoor connects your WhatsApp number, lead sources and calendar, and writes the first AI knowledge base and call script with you.

Plans
The three plans
Each plan includes everything in the one before it.
Plan 1 of 3
Pro
The full lead engine for a team of up to 5: CRM, the WhatsApp AI agent, email campaigns, Meta Ads lead capture and SEO.
Three things sit outside the plan price, and each is shown as its own line on your quote.
1
1. Meta’s WhatsApp message charges
Meta charges per delivered message, by message category (marketing, utility, authentication and, from 1 October 2026, service) and by the recipient’s country code. They are billed on top of your plan at Meta’s published rates, as their own line. Meta has also announced that from 1 October 2026 service replies are charged after a free tier of 1,000 service messages per business phone number per month, and utility templates sent inside the 24-hour customer service window become chargeable. The current India rates and worked monthly examples are in our WhatsApp Business API pricing guide for India.

Marketing₹0.8631
Utility₹0.1150
Authentication₹0.1150
Service₹0.1150after 1,000 free per number per month, from 1 October 2026
From Meta’s INR rate card (effective 1 July 2026, same figures on the 1 October 2026 card). Taxes are extra, and Meta can update rates on the first day of each quarter.

2. AI calling
The AI voice agent is priced on its own: a one-time setup plus a charge per AI calling agent. Call usage is billed from the wallet. If you want to dial from your own SIM and local mobile number, the optional DueDoor calling device is scoped on the demo.

3. The prepaid wallet
Meta’s WhatsApp charges and calling usage are drawn from a prepaid wallet in your workspace. You top it up when you choose, and because it is prepaid, usage is paid for in advance rather than arriving as a surprise invoice.
Your quote
What drives your quote
Five things decide which plan fits and what your written quote says. Bring a rough idea of each to the demo.
Channels.WhatsApp only, or WhatsApp plus email outreach, LinkedIn, social posting and Instagram. Each channel you switch on changes the plan that fits.
Lead volume. How many leads arrive each month, from which sources (Meta and Google lead forms, website, portals, imports), and how many conversations the WhatsApp AI agent will handle.
Team size.Up to 5 members on Pro, up to 10 on Business, unlimited on Enterprise, with roles and access control either way.
AI calling agents.Whether you want AI calls at all, how many agents, and how many calls should run at the same time in a campaign.
Workspaces. One brand, or several brands, branches or client accounts that need separate workspaces.

Billing
Billing cycles and refunds
You can pay monthly, quarterly or annually. Quarterly and annual billing cost less than monthly for the same plan, and your written quote shows all three so the saving is visible. If you pay and decide DueDoor is not right for you, request a full refund within 15 days of payment; the terms are on the refund policy page.

What to have ready for the demo
The demo is 30 minutes. Bring these and you will leave with an accurate quote instead of a range.

04
Your qualifying questions. The 4 to 6 questions your best salesperson asks, plus what makes a lead worth a call back.
05

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Straight answers on plans, Meta charges, AI calling and refunds.
Why do some plans show a price and others do not?
The WhatsApp API and AI automation plans are the same for everyone, so their prices are printed on this page. Pro, Business and Enterprise depend on your channels, lead volume and AI calling, so after the free 30-minute demo you get that price in writing, with every line item named.
Can I see DueDoor working before I pay?
Yes. The 30-minute demo is free and runs on your own use case: your lead sources, your WhatsApp number and your questions. If you pay and change your mind, ask for a full refund within 15 days of payment under the refund policy.
Are Meta’s WhatsApp charges included in the plan?
No. Meta’s WhatsApp message charges are billed on top of the plan at Meta’s published rates, through a prepaid wallet, as their own line. Our guide to WhatsApp Business API pricing in India shows the current per-message rates.
How is AI calling priced?
Separately from the plans: a one-time setup plus a charge per AI calling agent, with call usage drawn from the prepaid wallet. The demo works out how many agents your lead volume needs.
Can I start on Pro and move up later?
Yes. The usual reasons to move to Business are needing more than 5 team members, LinkedIn outreach, social posting, Instagram automation or a custom AI persona. Enterprise suits groups that need multiple workspaces, a custom SLA and a DPA.
