Customer portals

A portal where clients see it all themselves.

Your clients ask the same questions every week: where is my order, has my document arrived, what do I owe. A customer portal answers them before they call, with a secure login to their orders, documents, invoices and status.

Customer portals

What a portal gives your clients

Everything they would otherwise call or email you for, behind one login.

Secure client logins

Sign in with email and password or a one-time code, and each client sees only their own records.

Orders

Every order with its items, dates and current stage, from received to delivered.

Documents

Upload and download in one place: agreements, reports, certificates and the papers you need from the client.

Invoices and payments

Open and paid invoices with download links, and online payment through Razorpay.

Status tracking

A clear timeline for each job, case or order, so clients see the stage without asking.

Requests and tickets

Clients raise a request or a question in the portal, and your team answers from one queue.

Notifications

An email or WhatsApp message when something changes, with a link back into the portal.

Client team access

A client company can add its own colleagues, each with the right access.

Connected

Connected to the systems you already use

A portal is only as good as its data. We connect it to where your records already live, so nobody types anything twice.

Orders and status

Pulled from your ERP, CRM, spreadsheet or a web app we build.

Invoices

Pulled from your billing or accounting system, with the PDF attached.

Documents

Stored securely and linked to the right client and job.

Payments

Recorded back against the invoice when a client pays.

Client data stays private

Every page and every file checks the signed-in client on the server. Documents are served through links that expire, downloads are logged, and a client company only sees the people and records you have given it.

How we work

How we build your portal

Start from the questions clients ask, end with a portal they actually use.

  1. List the questionsWe collect the questions your clients ask most, and design the portal to answer them.
  2. Find the dataWe map where each answer lives today: a system, a sheet or someone's inbox.
  3. Design the client viewSimple screens your clients understand without training, on a phone and on a laptop.
  4. Build and connectThe portal, the logins and the links to your systems, tested with real records.
  5. Invite your clientsWe help you roll it out, with welcome emails and a short guide.
  6. Look after itHosting, backups, updates and new features as clients ask for them.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

What is a customer portal?

A secure website where each of your clients logs in and sees their own information: orders, documents, invoices, status and messages. It saves your team from answering the same questions by phone and email.

Is client data kept separate?

Yes. Every request is checked on the server against the signed-in client, so one client cannot open another's records, even by changing a link.

Can clients pay invoices in the portal?

Yes. Open invoices can be paid online through Razorpay, and the payment is marked against the invoice.

Can it pull data from our current system?

Usually. We connect through the system's API, a database link or a regular import, and we check what is possible during scoping.

Do clients need to install anything?

No. The portal opens in any browser on a phone or laptop. If you also want an app, we can build one on the same data.

Can it carry our brand?

Yes. It can run on your own domain, such as portal.yourcompany.com, with your logo and colours.

How do we start?

Book a call or message us on WhatsApp with the questions your clients ask most, and where those answers live today.

Fewer calls asking for status

Book a call or message us on WhatsApp. Tell us what your clients ask for every week, and we will show you the portal that answers it. You can also write to support@duedoor.com.
