SaaS platforms

SaaS platforms with logins, plans and billing built in.

You bring the product idea. We build the parts every SaaS needs and nobody wants to rebuild later: sign-up and logins, a workspace for each customer, plans and billing, an admin console for your team, and the servers it runs on.

SaaS platforms

The foundation every SaaS needs

Built once and built properly, so your time goes into the part of the product that is yours.

Sign-up and logins

Email and password, one-time codes and Google sign-in, with password resets, email checks and sessions that expire safely.

Plans and billing

Plans, add-ons and seat limits, with recurring payments through Razorpay subscriptions and invoices sent automatically.

Multi-tenant setup

Every customer gets its own workspace on one platform, and every query is scoped to that workspace on the server.

Teams and roles

Customers invite their colleagues and set who can view, edit or manage billing in their workspace.

Admin console

Your own back office: every customer, plan, payment and support note in one place, with a record of every support action.

Usage and limits

Track what each workspace uses, apply plan limits and show a clear prompt to upgrade.

Onboarding and emails

Welcome emails, setup checklists and reminders that help a new customer reach a first useful result.

API and webhooks

A documented API and webhooks, so your customers can connect your product to their own systems.

Multi-tenant

Multi-tenant, done carefully

One leak between customers can end a SaaS business. We design the separation in from the first table.

  • Every record carries its workspace, and the server takes the workspace from the signed-in session, never from what the browser sends.
  • Every API route checks the workspace before it reads or writes, and we test that one customer cannot reach another's data.
  • Files, exports and search are scoped the same way, not just the main screens.
  • Support access is logged, so helping a customer always leaves a record.

Billing for India and the UAE

Indian customers get GST invoices with your GSTIN, and recurring payments run through Razorpay subscriptions. UAE customers can get invoices that carry your VAT registration details.

How we work

How we build your SaaS

Foundation first, then the product, then real users.

  1. Shape the first versionWe agree the smallest product a paying customer would use, and leave the rest for later rounds.
  2. Lay the foundationLogins, workspaces, roles and billing first, because everything else sits on them.
  3. Build the product coreThe screens and logic that make your product different, shipped to a test link every round.
  4. Test with real usersA few early customers use it before launch, and we fix what they trip on.
  5. Launch and hostProduction servers, backups, monitoring and alerts, set up and run for you.
  6. Grow itNew features, integrations and plans as customers ask for them.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

What does multi-tenant mean?

It means many customers use one copy of your software, each inside their own workspace, and none can see another's data. It keeps hosting and updates simple, as long as the separation between workspaces is built and tested properly.

Can you handle recurring billing in India?

Yes. We use Razorpay subscriptions for recurring payments in India, with plans, renewals and GST invoices. If you also sell outside India, we choose a payment setup that supports those customers.

Who owns the code?

You do, along with the database, the domain and the accounts with the payment and email providers.

Can you add features to a SaaS we already run?

Yes. We start with a review of the code and the hosting, then work in rounds like any new build.

Can the SaaS have a mobile app too?

Yes. The same API that serves the web app can serve iOS and Android apps, and we can launch them on both stores in your name.

How is the platform kept secure?

Encrypted connections, hashed passwords, role and workspace checks on the server, nightly backups, monitoring and regular updates of the software it runs on. We test that one workspace cannot reach another's data before each release.

How do we start?

Book a call or message us on WhatsApp with your idea and who will pay for it. We will come back with a written scope for the first version.
