Web apps

Web apps and admin panels your team runs on.

When spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups stop keeping up, a web app puts your records, your steps and your approvals in one place. It opens in any browser, works on a phone and is built around how your business already works.

Web apps

What we build

Software your team logs in to every day, shaped around your records and your steps.

Web apps

Browser-based software for your team or your customers, fast on a laptop and usable on a phone, with nothing to install.

Admin panels

One screen to run the business: search and filter records, edit in bulk, approve requests and see what needs attention today.

Logins, roles and access

Each person sees only what their role allows, and the server checks it on every request, not just in the menu.

Workflows and approvals

Your steps as statuses: a request moves from new to approved to done, with the right person told at each step.

Reports and exports

The numbers you ask for every week as live reports, with CSV and Excel downloads for your accountant.

APIs and integrations

Connections to WhatsApp, email, payments and the tools you already use, plus an API of your own.

Installable web apps

A web app can sit on the phone's home screen and open full screen, a good fit when you want app-like access without a store listing.

Audit trail

A record of who changed what and when, so mistakes can be traced and put right.

Admin panels

What a good admin panel does

An admin panel earns its place when people stop asking each other for updates. These are the things we build into every one.

Opens on what needs attention

Pending approvals, overdue items and today's numbers, before anything else.

Finds any record fast

Search and filters that match how your team talks about the work.

Acts in bulk

Change status, assign or export many rows at once, not one at a time.

Keeps history

Every record shows who changed what, so nobody has to ask what happened.

How we work

How we build it

Working software early, then better every round.

  1. Map the workWe sit with the people who will use it and write down the records, the steps and the rules. That becomes the scope.
  2. Design the screensClickable screens for the main flows, reviewed with the people who will use them.
  3. Build in roundsWorking software every round on a test link, so you see progress and can steer it.
  4. Move your data inWe import your spreadsheets and old system data and check the result with you.
  5. Go live and trainWe host it, train your team and stay close in the first weeks.
  6. Keep improvingChanges and new modules as the business grows, on the same codebase.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

What is the difference between a web app and a website?

A website mostly shows information to visitors. A web app is software people log in to and work in: they create records, move them through steps, approve and report. Many businesses need both, and we build both.

Can you replace our spreadsheets?

Yes, that is one of the most common starting points. We turn the sheets into proper records with rules, import the existing rows and keep an export so nothing is locked in.

Will it work on phones?

Yes. We design every screen to work in a phone browser as well as on a laptop, and the app can be added to the home screen. If you need things only a native app can do, we build that too.

Who owns the code and the data?

You do. The code, the database and the domain are yours, and we can hand over everything if you ever move to another team.

Where is it hosted?

On a cloud server we set up and manage for you, with nightly backups, monitoring and SSL. It can also run in your own cloud account.

Can it connect to our existing software?

Usually, yes, through the other system's API, a webhook or a regular file import. We check what your current tools allow during scoping.

How do we start?

Book a call or message us on WhatsApp. Show us how the work runs today, even if it is spreadsheets and chat groups, and we will come back with a written scope.
