Connect DueDoor to other apps through Zapier.

Zapier connects thousands of apps. DueDoor does not have its own app in Zapier's directory yet, but both directions work today with Zapier's webhooks: leads come in through your DueDoor lead endpoint, and DueDoor events go out from any automation.

What syncs

What moves between Zapier and DueDoor

Two simple pipes. You decide which events use them and which fields they carry.

The result

What the two directions look like

Any Zapier app can create a lead in DueDoor, and any DueDoor moment can start a Zap.

  • Leads that arrive through Zapier start your DueDoor flows like any website or ad lead.
  • Phone numbers are checked against your country on arrival, and junk numbers are refused.
  • The HTTP request step can call Zapier, Make, n8n or any service that accepts a webhook.
  • Conditions in the flow decide which leads go out, for example only qualified ones.
  • Each run is logged, so you can see what was sent and whether it worked.
Setup

How to connect Zapier

We set it up with you and test it end to end before it runs on real leads.

  1. 01

    Get your lead endpoint token

We create a token for your workspace so Zaps can post leads in.

  2. 02

    Zapier to DueDoor

In Zapier, add a Webhooks by Zapier POST action to the DueDoor endpoint, with JSON fields.

  3. 03

    DueDoor to Zapier

In Zapier, start a Zap with Webhooks by Zapier, Catch Hook, and copy its URL.

  4. 04

    Add the HTTP request step

In a DueDoor automation, pick the trigger, add HTTP request, paste the URL and write the body.

  5. 05

Send a test and switch on

Run a test event, check the data in Zapier, then turn both on.

Good to know

What it does not do

We would rather you know the edges before you start. These are the honest limits today.

  • There is no DueDoor app in Zapier's app directory today, so you use Webhooks by Zapier on both sides.

  • Webhooks by Zapier is a premium Zapier app, so check that your Zapier plan includes it.

  • Zapier runs on its own schedule and task limits, which depend on your Zapier plan.

  • The DueDoor lead endpoint creates leads. It does not read or edit other DueDoor records.

FAQ

Questions about the Zapier integration

Is there a DueDoor app in Zapier?

Not yet. Both directions work today with Webhooks by Zapier: a POST action sends leads to your DueDoor lead endpoint, and a Catch Hook receives events from DueDoor's HTTP request step.

What can trigger a Zap from DueDoor?

Any automation trigger in DueDoor, such as a new lead, a stage change, an inbound message, a call outcome, a finished AI call or a booked meeting. Add an HTTP request step that posts to your Catch Hook URL.

What does a lead need to be accepted?

A name, and a phone number or an email. Your form token goes in the body. Optional fields include a message, company, source page and campaign tags.

Does it work with Make or n8n too?

Yes. Both accept webhooks, so the same HTTP request step can post to them, and both can post leads to the DueDoor endpoint.

Which Zapier plan do we need?

Webhooks by Zapier is a premium app in Zapier, so you need a plan that includes it. Zapier's task limits also depend on the plan.

Can Zapier update existing DueDoor records?

Not today. The lead endpoint creates leads only. If you need more, we can build an endpoint for your workspace.
