Messenger connects through a Facebook Page. A personal Facebook profile cannot be connected.

What do I need to connect Messenger?
A Facebook Page you control, directly or through the business portfolio that owns it. You sign in with Facebook from DueDoor, choose the Page and approve the permissions.
Will Messenger chats and WhatsApp chats be in the same place?
Yes. Messenger chats land in the same team inbox as WhatsApp, Instagram and email, and replies go back to Messenger from your Page.
Can the AI agent answer Messenger chats?
Yes, if you turn AI replies on. When a teammate replies to a chat, the agent pauses for that chat so a person and the bot do not talk over each other.
Does this also bring in Facebook lead ads?

Can we message people who have not written to our Page?

Yes. DueDoor connects through Meta's official APIs with Facebook Login and is an approved Meta Tech Provider. You can remove access from your Meta settings at any time.
