Portal enquiries in your pipeline, answered before the next broker calls.

Leads from 99acres, MagicBricks and Housing.com are shared with many brokers, so the first useful reply wins. DueDoor brings portal enquiries into one pipeline with their source, then a WhatsApp template, an AI call and a booking link go out while the buyer is still looking.

What syncs

What moves between property portals and DueDoor

No portal gives every advertiser the same tools, so there are three routes in. We set up the one your portal plan allows.

WhatDirectionHow it works
Enquiry exportsInto DueDoorDownload enquiries from the portal and import the file. Duplicates are skipped and a source tag is added.
Notification emailsInto DueDoorPortal emails are forwarded to a parser, which posts name, phone and property to your DueDoor lead endpoint.
Portal lead feedInto DueDoorWhere your portal plan offers a lead API or CRM push, we point it at your lead endpoint.

Follow-upFrom DueDoorNew leads start your flow: WhatsApp template, AI call, booking link and reminders.
Portal listingsNot syncedDueDoor does not post or edit listings on the portals.
The result

A portal lead, followed up the same morning

However it arrives, the enquiry becomes a lead with its portal as the source, and the follow-up starts on its own.

  • Each lead keeps its portal as the source, so you can compare cost per site visit by portal.
  • Phone numbers are checked on arrival, and duplicates across portals are caught on import.
  • A WhatsApp template with the brochure goes out first, because a portal buyer has not messaged you yet.
  • The AI call asks budget, location, configuration, timeline and loan, and saves each answer.
  • The follow-up stops as soon as the buyer replies, and a person takes over.
Setup

How to connect property portals

We set it up with you and test it end to end before it runs on real leads.

  1. 01

    Check your portal plan

We look at what your 99acres, MagicBricks or Housing.com subscription offers: exports, emails or a feed.

  2. 02

    Pick the route

Daily import, forwarded notification emails or the portal's feed, per portal.

  3. 03

    Set source and tags

Each route labels leads with the portal name, so reports stay clean.

  4. 04

    Get templates approved

The first WhatsApp message must be an approved template, so we write and submit it early.

  5. 05

    Switch on the follow-up

New lead from a portal starts the flow; test with a real enquiry before going live.

Good to know

What it does not do

We would rather you know the edges before you start. These are the honest limits today.

  • DueDoor is not an official partner of 99acres, MagicBricks or Housing.com. We use the routes your subscription provides.

  • Which route works depends on your portal plan; not every plan includes exports or a lead feed.

  • The email route uses a parser such as Email Parser by Zapier between the portal email and DueDoor.

  • A portal buyer has not messaged you on WhatsApp, so the first message must be an approved template.

FAQ

Questions about the Property portals integration

Is DueDoor an official partner of 99acres, MagicBricks or Housing.com?

No. We bring portal leads in through the routes your subscription provides: exports, notification emails or a lead feed where your plan includes one.

Which route is fastest?

A portal lead feed or the notification email route, because each enquiry arrives on its own within minutes. Exports work too but run on a schedule, such as daily.

How do notification emails become leads?

The portal emails are forwarded to a parser, such as Email Parser by Zapier, which reads the name, phone and property and posts them to your DueDoor lead endpoint.

Will the same buyer from two portals appear twice?

Imports skip rows whose phone or email already exists. For emailed leads, the phone check matches the existing lead so your team sees one person.

Why must the first WhatsApp message be a template?

The buyer enquired on the portal, not on your WhatsApp, so Meta requires an approved template to start the chat. We write and submit them during setup.

Where can I read more about following up portal leads?

Our guide on real estate portal leads covers the follow-up cadence, qualifying questions and site visit reminders. It is linked below.
