When DueDoor builds your store, portal or app, Razorpay handles the money: checkout, payment links, subscriptions and refunds. We set it up with your own Razorpay keys, verify every payment on the server and wire the confirmation into your follow-ups.
What moves between Razorpay and DueDoor
This is a build integration. It lives in the store, portal or app we make for you, not as a switch in the CRM.

What a paid order looks like
The customer pays with UPI, card or netbanking on Razorpay's checkout, and your system knows it is real before it says thank you.
- Each payment is checked against Razorpay's signature on the server, not trusted from the browser.
- The order or fee record is marked paid only after that check, and a confirmation goes out.
- Refunds are started from your admin, so your team does not need the Razorpay dashboard for every case.
- Payment links with reminders cover fees, deposits and renewals that do not need a full checkout.
- Because we build and host the software, we keep the integration working when Razorpay updates its APIs.

What it does not do
We would rather you know the edges before you start. These are the honest limits today.
This is part of the software DueDoor builds and runs for you. The CRM pipeline does not show Razorpay payments on lead cards today.
Razorpay decides account approval, payment methods and settlement times. DueDoor does not control those.
Razorpay charges its own fees on each payment, separate from anything you pay DueDoor.
For UAE businesses, Razorpay may not be the right gateway; we can talk through the options for your case.

Questions about the Razorpay integration
Is Razorpay a switch I turn on in the DueDoor dashboard?
Not today. Razorpay is built into the store, portal or app DueDoor makes for you, using your own Razorpay keys. The CRM pipeline does not show payments on lead cards yet.
Whose Razorpay account is used?
Yours. You sign up with Razorpay and complete their checks, payments settle to your bank account, and your keys are stored server side for your workspace.
How do you make sure a payment is real?
After checkout, Razorpay returns a signature. Our server checks it with your secret key before the order is marked paid, so a payment cannot be faked from the browser.
Can customers pay by UPI?
Razorpay's checkout offers methods such as UPI, cards and netbanking, depending on what Razorpay enables on your account.
Can we send payment links on WhatsApp?
We can create Razorpay payment links for fees, deposits and renewals. A link can be shared in a chat or sent by Razorpay over SMS and email, with reminders on.
Do you charge a share of each payment?
No such charge is described here. Razorpay charges its own fees per payment. Our work is quoted for the build and the running of the software.
