The short answer

Pick AiSensy if
You want to start on a free plan, you mainly need broadcasts, retargeting and click-to-WhatsApp ads, you want the lowest published monthly price, or you want to add a chatbot builder and AI agent as separate, clearly priced add-ons.
Pick DueDoor if
Every lead from your ads and website needs a WhatsApp reply, an outbound AI call and email follow-up, you want one pipeline to hold all of it, you want the AI to handle Hindi as well as English, and you want someone to set it up with you.

Where AiSensy is strong
- A free way in. The Free Forever plan lets you get the WhatsApp Business API, apply for the blue tick and run Meta ads, with ₹50 of conversation credits to start.
- Low, published prices. Basic is ₹1,500 a month, with 5% off quarterly and 10% off yearly. Few platforms let you budget this precisely before a sales call.
- Add-ons with clear prices. The drag and drop chatbot builder and the AI agent builder are priced on the page, so you pay for them only when you need them.
- Marketing tools. Broadcasting and retargeting, click tracking, a click-to-WhatsApp ads manager, WhatsApp forms, payments, catalogues and webviews.
- Integrations and apps. Shopify, WooCommerce, Razorpay, PayU, LeadSquared, WebEngage, CleverTap, Zapier and Pabbly Connect are listed, and there are Android and iOS apps.
Where DueDoor is different
The principle DueDoor is built on: speed and follow-through on each lead matter more than message volume, so every channel works from one lead record.
AI calling alongside WhatsApp
The AI voice agent calls new or listed leads, runs your script, asks your qualifying questions and saves the recording, transcript, summary and outcome on the lead. Campaigns can dial a list with a set number of calls at once, and an optional device dials from your own SIM and local mobile number. Calling is not listed among AiSensy’s features on the pages we checked.
A CRM pipeline, not only contact lists
Leads from Meta and Google lead forms, website forms, WhatsApp and imports land in one WhatsApp CRM with stages, owners, tasks, deal value, duplicate-safe phone matching, AI lead scoring, roles and an audit log. Email sequences with follow-ups run from the same workspace.
An AI agent in English and Hindi
The WhatsApp AI agent answers from your brochures, FAQs and price lists, asks your qualifying questions, books meetings and hands the chat to a person, who can pause the AI on any conversation.
Visitor intelligence and Google Ads feedback
Bunzo shows traffic sources, search queries where available, pages and scroll depth, and turns pop-up submissions into leads (no names unless a form is filled). Qualified leads can go back to Google Ads as offline conversions. After a 30-minute demo, DueDoor sets all of this up with you.

Meta has charged per delivered template since 1 July 2025, and utility templates inside an open service window are free, per Meta’s pricing documentation.
Switching from AiSensy
Our guide to moving a WhatsApp number covers each step. The short version:
- Export contacts with opt-in status, tags and attributes.
- List your templates. Meta duplicates approved, high-quality templates to the new account, but they can be re-checked or rejected, and the rest need fresh approval.
- Migrate the number. Turn off two-step verification, then use embedded signup; display name, quality rating and limits carry over.
- Rebuild chatbot flows in the new workspace, with DueDoor’s help.
- Export chat history you need; the number moves, the old inbox does not.
Frequently asked questions
Is DueDoor a good AiSensy alternative?
If you want to start free, then broadcast from a published ₹1,500 plan and add chatbots as you grow, AiSensy is built for that. If your team follows up ad and form leads with WhatsApp, outbound AI calls and email from one CRM, and wants the setup done together, DueDoor is the closer fit.
Does AiSensy have a free plan?
Yes. AiSensy lists a Free Forever plan to get the WhatsApp Business API, apply for the blue tick and run Meta ads, with ₹50 of conversation credits. Broadcasting needs a paid plan. DueDoor has no free plan: the demo is free and the price is quoted after it.
Can the AI agent reply in Hindi?
AiSensy’s AI agent page says the agent responds in English only, while understanding other languages if your knowledge base covers them. DueDoor’s WhatsApp AI agent works in English and Hindi; ask on the demo about other languages.
Does AiSensy mark up Meta’s WhatsApp charges?
Their pricing page lists marketing messages at ₹1.09 and utility and authentication at ₹0.145 for Indian users, with service conversations free. It does not spell out a markup, so compare those figures with Meta’s rate card.
Can I move my number from AiSensy to DueDoor?
Usually yes. Meta supports migrating a business number to a different WhatsApp Business Account and keeps the display name, quality rating and messaging limits. Turn off two-step verification first and expect templates to be re-checked.
